Khaleej Takaful Group Holds AGM on April 5, 2017

In its meeting held on 19.12.2016, Al
Khaleej Takaful Group Board of Directors
recommended amending the articles of
association so as to decrease the number of
the Board members to eight instead of the
current twelve members.
This will be effective for the sessions
during 2017 -2019.
The recommendation is subject to the
approval of Qatar Central Bank and the
Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting to be
held on April 5, 2017.
The Ordinary
& Extra-Ordinary General Assembly Meeting
will be held on Wednesday 5/4/2017 at 4:30 PM at
Radisson Blu Hotel – Jiwana Hall.
In case the
quorum is not met, an alternate meeting will
be held on Wednesday 12/4/2017 at the same
venue and time.
