Qatari Investors Group Discloses Judgment in The Case No. 3043

Qatari Investors Group announced that the court verdict disclosure as follows;

 

 The external law office informed us the judgment for case number 3043 for the year 2016 filed by the established companies:

 

1.     Al Manara Company for Medical Equipment (Ezdan Holdings);

 

2.     Al Taybin Company for Trading (Ezdan Holdings); and

 

3.     Al Eklim Property Brokerage Company (Ezdan Holdings)

 

Against Qatari Investors Group, requesting the invalidity decision of the extra-ordinary general assembly meeting of the defendant company dated 12th April 2016 regarding the transfer of 15million shares of the respondent company''''s shares...etc

 

(The Court ruled to dismiss the case and compel the plaintiffs (Ezdan Holdings) to pay all expenses)
