board of directors will be holding a meeting
on Monday, January 30,
2017 to
discuss and approve the financial statements
ending December 31, 2016.
The company also announced that it will convene its General
Assembly Meeting on March 07,
2017 In
case the required quorum is not maintained,
an alternate meeting to be scheduled on 19/03/2017.
