Qatari Investors Group Discloses the Judgment in The Case No. 3346

Qatari Investors Group announced that the court verdict disclosure as follows;
The external law office informed us the judgment for case number 3346 for the year 2015 filed by the established companies:
1. Tariq Al Khayr Company (Ezdan Holdings);
2. Al Rubah Al Khali (Ezdan Holdings); and
3. Al Kura Al Zahabiya Company for Trading (Ezdan Holdings)
Against Qatari Investors Group and others, requesting the invalidity of the legal, administrative and financial procedure of the merge procedure and the consequences of that procedure i.e. capital increase, etc…  
(The Court ruled to dismiss the case and compel the plaintiffs (Ezdan Holdings) to pay all expenses)
