Woqod Holds a Meeting on 16/02/2017 to Discuss Q4

Qatar Fuel Company (Woqod) announced
that its Board of Directors will hold a
meeting on Thursday 16/02/2017 for
discussing the company's financial
statements for the fiscal year ended
31/12/2016.
The meeting will also discuss calling
shareholders to an extraordinary general
meeting for approving certain amendments
in the company’s articles of association
to raise the number of
the
Board members to nine instead of seven.
