Mannai Corporation to Hold its AGM on March 22, 2017
and Announces Agenda

Mannai Corporation Board of Directors invited shareholders to
attend the Ordinary General Meeting to be held at 04 00 PM on
Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at
Saliyah Hall in Grand Hyatt Hotel. The meeting will discuss the
agenda as set out below. In the event of of lack of quorum ,
another meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the
same time and venue.
