Zad Holding Opens Nominations for the Board Membership
for the Next Three Years

Zad Holding Company announced opening nominations for its Board
of Directors membership for the next three-year term 2017- 2019.
Nominations will open
starting from 08 00 AM on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 and until 03
00 Pm on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. The below mentioned
conditions apply.
Conditions of
candidacy for the Board of Directors membership:
1. Candidate
should not be under twenty-one years of age and must be fully
competent by law.
2.
He should not have been convicted of
a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty or in any of the offenses set out in
Articles (334) and (335) of the Commercial Companies Law.
3. Should be a
shareholder and own a number of the company’s shares not less
than 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) to be deposited in one of
the accredited banks within sixty days from the date of starting
membership and they must continue to be deposited non-negotiable
until the end of membership term.
