Barwa Board of Directors Elects Vice- Chairman and Approves formation of sub-committees

Barwa Real Estate Company announced the outcome of the Board of Directors first meeting in its new session chaired by Mr. Salah bin Ghanim al-Ali  where Mr. Issa Mohammed Al Mohannadi was elected Vice-Chairman of the Board.  The Board sub-committees were also formed.  

It is worth mentioning that Barwa Real Estate Board  of Directors is formed of seven members: Chairman of the Board and two members are appointed by the Qatari Diar Company, owner of Preference Shares, and the other four members are elected by the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the company.
 
The current Board of Directors (2017-2019) is formed of:
