Woqod Appoints Saad Al Mohannadi as CEO Effective April 1, 2017

Qatar Fuel Company (WOQOD) announced that after reviewing Article 25 of the Company's Articles of Association and the recommendation of Qatar Petroleum's Board of Directors, Mr. Saad Al-Mohannadi has been appointed as the CEO of the company replacing Mr. Ibrahim Jahham Al-Kuwari. The new CEO will be entitled to exercise the powers conferred upon him by the Company's regulations and procedures or as directed by the Board of Directors. The appointment resolution shall be effective as of 1/4/2017.
