The Federal Reserve Raises Interest Rate by 0.25% to a
1.00%-1.25% Range

The Federal Reserve raised the target
range for the federal funds rate by 25 basis points to 1.00% -
1.25%.
This is the second time the Fed raises interest
rates after a similar decision in March.
