Commercial Bank Announces Appointment of Two New
Non-Executive Directors

The Board of Directors of the Commercial Bank announced the
appointment of Mr. Zafer Kurtul and Mr. Turgay Gönensin to the
roles of non-executive directors at Alternatifbank (“ABank”).
ABank is Commercial Bank’s 100% owned subsidiary in Turkey. The
appointments are subject to regulatory approval.
