Dlala Holding Profits in Q3, 2017 Rise 488% to QR 16.12 Million

Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding disclosed its financial statements for the period ended on 30.09.2017. The statements show that the net profit is QR 16.127 Million compared to net profit amounting to QR 2.741 Million for the same period of the previous year.

The Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.57 for the period ended September 30, 2017 to EPS amounted to QR 0.096 for the same period of the previous year.

The Group Securities Comment:

Net income of Dlala from brokerage and commission increased in the nine months to QR 29.6 Million, and the figure increased after adding other revenues to QR 38.9 Million. Expenses and depreciation increased by 25.2% to QR 22.8 Million. As a result, net profit doubled several times to QR16.1 Million. On the other hand, there was a significant loss on the value of available-for-sale investments amounting to QR 36.3 Million. The profit turned to a comprehensive loss of QR 20.1 Million.
