Announces Date to Pay Profits to Sukuk Holders

Ooredoo announces that Ooredoo Tamweel Limited (OTL), its wholly
owned subsidiary, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the
Notes and the Final Terms, will pay its Sukuk holders’ periodic
payment on 4 Dec 2017.
