Ezdan Holding Discloses Lawsuit Claiming Its Ordinary and Extraordinary
Assemblies Invalid

Ezdan Holding Group announced that
shareholder Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Tahir has filed a lawsuit No.
2499/2017 in the Court of First Instance against the group. The
shareholder claims the Ordinary and Extraordinary General
Assemblies held on 16/4/2017 and 24/5/2017 respectively are
invalid. The plaintiff also demands that Ezdan bear the expenses
of the claim.
