Inflation Rate Rises to 0.9% in January 2018

Ministry of Development Planning and
Statistics’ report stated that inflation in Qatar rose to 0.9%
in January 2018 compared to 0.6% in December 2017.
It is worth mentioning that Qatar
Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 0.4% in January 2018 to 109.3
points compared to the previous month (calculated as per the
base year 2013), and increased by 0.9% compared to the same
period of 2017.
