Mannai Corporation Net Profit Sheds 5.4% to QR506.1 Million; Board
Recommends 40% in Dividend Distribution of 40%

Al Mannai Group
disclosed its audited financial statements for the period ended
31/12/2017, with a net profit of SR 506.1 million, a decrease of
5.4% compared to net profit of SR 535.1 million for the same
period last year.
The corporation’s
earnings per share reached QR11.09 in 2017, compared to QR11.73
for the same period last year.
The Board of
Directors has recommended a cash dividend of 40% for 2017
subject to shareholder approval at the annual meeting o1f the
General Assembly.
Mannai’s Annual
Assembly meeting will be held at Al-Sailiya Hall - Grand Hyatt
Hotel, at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, 21 March 2018
