Qatar Central Securities Depository Amended
the Foreign Ownership Percentage of QNB to 49% and Maximum
Individual Ownership to 5%

Qatar Central Securities Depository (QCSD)
announced that it had amended the foreign ownership percentage
in the shares of QNB to become 49% of the Bank's capital, and
the maximum shareholder ownership limit to 5% as of Thursday, 19
April 2018.
