Mazaya Holds Its Extraordinary General
Assembly Meeting on 06 June 2018

The Board of Directors of Mazaya Qatar Real
Estate Development has called for the Extraordinary General
Assembly meeting (Third alternative date) that will be held on
Wednesday, 06 June 2018 at 9:30 pm.
Please note that a number of
shareholders have requested the addition of the below items to
the agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly:
1.
Addition of paragraph in the Articles of Association to read:
Qatar Investments Authority shall replace Qatar Foundation for
education science community development in all their rights and
power as founding member.
2.
Approval for a subsidiary company to enter into a material
transaction with a related party.
Extraordinary General Assembly
Meeting Agenda will be as below:
Item 1:
To amend the relevant Articles in the company’s Articles
of Association to reflect the change of the trade name of the
company.
Item 2:
Amend the Articles of Association to meet the
requirements of Governance Code for Companies & Legal Entities
Listed on the Main Market issued by Qatar Financial Markets
Authority.
Item 3:
Authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Directors to
issue, sign and publish the amendment of the Articles of
Association after approval of the Ministry of Economy and
Commerce and the General Assembly.
Item 4:
To add paragraph in the Articles of Association to read:

Item 5:
To approve for a subsidiary company to enter into a material
transaction with a related party.

location of the meeting was not yet selected.
