Qatar Islamic Insurance Holds Its EGM on 4/9/2018

Qatar Islamic Insurance’s Board of Directors invited shareholders to attend the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled on Tuesday 4/9/2018, 5 pm at Citrine Hall in Ezdan Towers. In case of incomplete quorum, the date of the first alternative meeting will be on Tuesday 11/9/2018, 5 pm. If the quorum is not completed again, the second alternative meeting will be held on Sunday 14/10/2018, at the same place and venue.

Agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting:

1-      Discuss the Board of Directors' proposal to change the name of Qatar Islamic Insurance Company to be Qatar Islamic Insurance Group and modify the Articles of Association accordingly.

2-      Discuss the Board of Directors' proposal to establish a Real Estate Company owned 100% by the Group.
