Moody's Withdraws Credit Ratings of Ezdan Holding Group and Subsidiary Ezdan Sukuk for Insufficient Information

In a disclosure, Ezdan Holding Group announced that credit rating agency Moody's withdrew the B1 credit rating of the group, as well as Ezdan Sukuk Company, due to insufficient information for the maintenance of the rating.

It should be noted that Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiary Ezdan Sukuk still hold another rating by Standard & Poor's (S&P).

Ezdan believes that the withdrawal of this rating has no material impact on its shareholders or holders of sukuk. The group affirms compliance with applicable legislation and regulations in this regards, including the issuance and listing of securities, corporate governance and the legal entities listed in the main market.
