Corporation Holds AGM On 20/3/2019 and Announces Opening of
Candidature to Board of Directors Membership

Mannai Corporation’s Board of Directors announced the results of
its meeting held today, 17 December 2018, and discussed the
company's business progress.
The Board decided to convene the ordinary and extraordinary
general assembly of the company on Wednesday, 20 March 2019 at
6:30 pm at Al-Sailiya Hall, Grand Hyatt Hotel. In case the
quorum is not met, another meeting will be held on Wednesday 27
March 2019, at 4:30 pm in the same venue.
The Board has also announced the opening of nomination for
membership of the Board of Directors for the new tenor, which
starts from 20 March 2019, and ends at the Annual General
Meeting of 2022.
