Alijarah Board Recommends Increasing
Non-Qatari Ownership To 49%

The Board of National Leasing Holding Company (ALIJARAH)
has recommended increasing the foreign ownership limit of the
company's capital to 49% instead of 25%. The recommendation will
be submitted to the ExtraordinaryGeneral Assembly for approval.
