Disclosure of Financial Statements Ended 31/12/2018 To 27/01/

Bank (QIIB) announces that the Bank will postpone board meeting
from Tuesday 22/01/2019 to Sunday 27/01/2019 to discuss and
adopt financials for the period ended 31/12/2018.
