Commercial Bank Releases Disclosures about
Discontinuing Discussions on Possible Merger between National
Bank of Oman and Bank Dhofar

Commercial Bank holds 34.9 % of the
shares in National Bank of Oman and has previously made
disclosures to the market on 30 July 2018 and 20 December 2018
in respect of the possible merger between NBO and Bank Dhofar.
Commercial Bank notes NBO’s announcement today that NBO and Bank
Dhofar decided to discontinue the merger discussions.
