Al Khaleej Takaful Postpones Disclosure of
Financial Statements to 12/03/2019

Al Khaleej Takaful announced the
postponement of the Board of Directors' meeting that was
scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 05 March 2019, to Tuesday,
12 March 2019. The meeting will take place at the company's
headquarters to discuss and approve the audited financial
statements for the year ended 31/12/2018, and submit the
dividend distribution proposal to the general assembly.
