Nakilat Announces the Names of Candidates
for the Board of Directors

Qatar Gas Transport Company (Nakilat)
announced the latest developments in the nomination process
launched to fill three seats in the board of directors of the
company as follows:
1-
The
call for candidates was published in two daily Arab speaking
newspapers for three separate days on (25/2/2019), (28/2/2019)
and (6/3/2019) to fill three (3) seats, two seats for two
independent members and a seat for a non-independent member.
2-
The
nomination period lasted ten (10) days starting from 8:00 am on
Monday, 25 February 2019, until 12 noon on Thursday, 7 March
2019.
3-
During this period, three candidates submitted to fill two
independent seats on the Board of Directors of the Company, as
follows:
(a)
Mr.
Issa Hilal Al-Kuwari.
(b)
Mr.
Hamad Mubarak Al-Mohannadi.
(c)
Mr.
Issa Khalid Al-Muslimi.
4 – Only one candidate submitted
for the independent member:
(a)
Mr.
Faisal Abdul Wahid Al Hammadi, "Representative of the Pension &
Retirement Fund - General Authority for Retirement & Social
Security"
