Islamic Holding AGM Approves Agenda Items
and Postpones EGM to 25/03/2019

Islamic Holding Group announced the
results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Monday
2019/3/11, where all the agenda items were discussed and
adopted. As for the Extraordinary General Assembly, it was
decided that, due to incomplete quorum, postpone it to
2019/03/25 at 5:30pm at the same place.
1-
The
assembly approved the Board of Directors' report on the
Company's activity and financial position for the financial year
ended 31/12/2018.
2-
The
auditors' report on the company's budget and final accounts was
approved.
3-
The
Corporate Governance Report for the fiscal year 2018 was
approved following its presentation to the General Assembly of
Shareholders.
4-
The
profit and loss account for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2018 was
approved after submitting it to shareholders, and the Board of
Directors' proposal not to distribute dividends for 2018 was
accepted.
5-
The
members of the Board of Directors have been discharged for the
financial year ended 31/12/2018.
6-
The
new members of the Board of Directors were elected for a tenure
period of three years:
