Offer to Settle Internal and External Investment Files worth QR
146 Million with a Related Party

Al Khaleej Takaful Insurance Company announced that its
Board of Directors’ meeting, held on 25/3/2019, has approved an
offer to settle some internal and external investment files with
a related party, which reflected on the accounting of the
financial statements for the year 2018. This settlement will see
the company receive a sum of one hundred and forty-six million
Qatari Riyals, payable in four installments, starting from 31
March 2019 and ending on 31 December 2020.
