Al Khaleej Takaful Insurance: Appointment of a New Board and CEO

Al Khaleej Takaful Insurance Company (QSC) has announced the following based on the decision of the Governor of Qatar Central Bank No. (4):

First: Appointment of a temporary Board of Directors of Al Khaleej Takaful Insurance Company, from the shareholders of the company, for a tenure of one year, renewable, as follows:

(1)   Sheikh Abdullah Bin Ahmed Al Thani, Chairman

(2)   Sheikh / Fahad bin Mohammed Jabr Al-Thani, Deputy-Chairman

(3)   Mr. Abdullah Ali Mohammed Ali Al Ansari, Member

(4)   Mr. Khalid Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Baker, Member

Second: And the appointment of Mr. Ali Reza Al Bannai as CEO of AL Khaleej Takaful Insurance. The Interim Board of Directors shall determine its functions, powers and financial allocations.

Third: The resolution, supersedes any prior resolutions, and stipulates that all concerned bodies must implement it as of the date of issuance.
