Ahli Bank Announces That It Has Signed a New
Term Loan of USD 150 Million

Ahli Bank announced that it has
signed a new 2-3 year dual tranche U.S. $150 Million term loan
Facilities with other participating Banks. The facilities was
coordinated by Mizuho Bank and will be utilized by Ahli Bank
Q.S.C for general corporate funding purposes.
