Mazaya's Net Profit Falls 41% to QR 16.59 Million in 2018; 5% Dividend Recommended

MAZAYA QATAR REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY disclosed its financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2018. The statements show that the net profit is QR 16,597,393, compared to net profit amounting to QR 28,141,177 for the same period of the previous year.

Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.143 for the year ended December 31, 2018 to EPS amounted to QR 0.243 for the same year of the previous year.

In addition to the proposal distributions, where the Board of Directors has proposed to the General Assembly to distribute 5% equivalent to QR 0.5 per share.
