Ezdan Holding Group Announces List of Candidates for Board Membership

Ezdan Holding Group announced that, with reference to the opening of candidature for membership of the Board of Directors in its new session (2019-2022) to fill seven (7) seats, including two (2) seats for independent members, from Sunday 31/3/2019 until Thursday 4/4/2019 for a tenure of three years from the date of election. The Board of Directors met on Saturday 6/4/2019, and approved the recommendation of the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee to approve the applications of candidates for the following Board members:

First: Non-independent Candidates:

1)      Al Sarh Business Company, represented by Sheikh Thani Bin Abdullah Thani Al Thani.

2)      Imtilak Trading Contracting and Real Estate Investment, represented by Sheikh / Dr. Khalid bin Thani bin Abdullah Al Thani.

3)      Al Tadawul Trading Group, represented by Sheikh / Abdullah Bin Thani Abdullah Al Thani.

4)      Shaasa Trading and Real Estate Investment Company, represented by Sheikh / Mohammed Bin Thani Abdullah Al Thani

5)      Siraj Doha, represented by Sheikh / Khalifa Thani Abdullah Al Thani.

6)      Qatar Ahli Trading and Contracting, represented by Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mustafa

7)      Thani Bin Abdullah Media Group, represented by Mr. Yousef Mohammed Kamali Jahoui

1)      Mr. Walid Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Saadi.
