QCSD Adjusts Foreign Ownership Percentage in
Qatar-Oman Co. to 49%

Qatar Central Securities Depository
(QCSD) announced that it has adjusted the percentage of
ownership available to foreigner investors in the shares of
Qatar-Oman Investment Company to 49% of the company's capital,
equivalent to (15,435,000) shares.
