QCSD Announces the Allocation of QIC’s Private Offering Shares

Qatar Central Securities Depository Company (QCSD) announced that the private offering shares have been allocated to the minority shareholders of QIC Capital following the increase in the company's capital through the issuance of a new private offering shares amounting to (7,704,258) shares. The new share capital of Qatar Insurance Company is (QR 3,266,101,330) distributed on (326,610,133) shares. This amendment is effective as of Sunday, 21/4/2019.
