General Assembly of Ezdan Holding Endorses

Ezdan Holding Group held its Ordinary
General Assembly meeting on Sunday 21/4/2019 and has approved
the following resolutions:
1-
Approved the report of the Board of
Directors on the company’s activities, financial position for
the year ended 31 December 2018 and the future plan of the
company.
2-
Approved the report of the External
Auditors on the company’s Financial Statements for the year
ended 31 December 2018.
3-
Approved the balance sheet and profit and
loss for the year ended 31 December 2018.
4-
Approved BOD’s recommendation to not
distribute any dividends.
5-
Approve the Corporate’s Governance Report
for 2018.
6-
Discharge the members of the Board of
Directors from any liability for the financial year ended
31/12/2018.
7-
Appoint KPMG Company as an External Auditor
for the Company (For the year 2019).
8-
Election of the following members for the
Board of Directors for a further three-year period (2019 to
2022):
I: Nominees representing the category of
non-independents:
1.
Al Sarh Business Company, represented by
Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah Thani Al Thani.
2.
Imtilak Trading & Contracting and Property
Investment Company, represented by Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Thani
bin Abdullah Al Thani.
3.
Tadawul Trading Group, represented by
Sheikh Abdullah Bin Thani Abdullah Al Thani.
4.
Shasii Trading and Property Investment
Company., represented by Sheikh / Mohammed Bin Thani Abdullah Al
Thani

Siraj Doha, represented by Sheikh / Khalifa

II: Nominees representing the category of
