Qatari Investors Holds It’s EGM on 22 /5/ 2019

The Board of Directors of Qatari Investors Group invites the shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting that will be held on Wednesday, 22 May 2019, at 9:30pm at Hall Plus 7, City Center, Rotana Doha Hotel. In case the quorum was not met, the alternative meeting will be held on Wednesday, 29 May 2019 at 9:30 pm, at the same venue.

Accordingly, Shareholders are kindly requested to be present at the meeting hall an hour before the meeting time, to enable taking a record of the attending Shareholders’ names and a number of shares.

Meeting Agenda:

-        Amend Articles number (3), (56), and (58) of the company’s Articles of Association.
