Mazaya to Start Distribution of Cash Dividends on
Thursday 9th May 2019

Mazaya announced that it will carry on the distribution of cash
dividends to its shareholders in accordance with the resolution
of the Ordinary General Assembly that was held on 16 April 2019.
The dividends will be at a rate of 5%, i.e. QR 0.5 per share,
and will be distributed as of Thursday, 9 May 2019.
