Qatar Insurance Holds Its EGM on 22/10/2019 to Study Amending Articles of Association

Qatar Insurance announced that its Board of Directors invites shareholders to attend the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly meeting on Tuesday 22 October 2019 at 4:30 pm at a venue that will be determined later. The Assembly will consider amending the Articles of Association to include the right of the General Retirement & Social Insurance Authority, to whom the government’s stake in the company’s capital has been transferred, to appoint a representative of the Civil Pension Fund in the Board of Directors.
