Qatari Investors Group Postpones Its EGM Due to Lack of Quorum

Qatari Investors Group (QIG) has announced that the necessary quorum for the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting that was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29^th May 2019, has not been met.

Therefore, subject to Article 139 of the Companies Law, and Article 58 of the company’s statute, an invitation for an alternative meeting shall be made after thirty days from the date of the second meeting.
