Qatari Investors Group Holds Its Extraordinary Assembly on 30 June 2019

Qatari Investors Group announced that due to the lack of quorum, the EGM will take place on the third alternative date, on Sunday, 30 June 2019, at 4:30 pm at The Meeting Plus 7 Hall, City Center Rotana Doha Hotel.

Accordingly, shareholders are kindly requested to be present at the venue one hour before the meeting time, to enable taking a record of the attending shareholders’ names and the number of shares.

AGENDA:

-        Amend Articles number; (3), (56), (58) of the Company’s Articles of Association and authorizing the Board of Directors to process the necessary amendments before the competent authorities.

REMINDER:

1.      Shareholders may delegate another person to attend the meeting on their behalf, provided that this person is a shareholder, the delegation must be private and written, and the delegate must not be a member of the Board of Directors. In all cases, the number of shares held by the agent shall not exceed 5% of the share capital of the company (equivalent to 6,216,339 shares). In case a shareholder is a legal entity, its delegate must present a written authorization signed and stamped by the company.

3.      This announcement is considered a legal invitation to all shareholders without the need to send a mail invitation under the provisions of Law No. 11 of 2015 Commercial Companies Law.
