QGMD Discloses the Resignation of Its Acting CEO

Qatari German Medical Devices (QGMD) announced that Mr. Maher Issa has handed his resignation from his position as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company, and that it was accepted.

The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Issa Khalid Al-Musallmani, a member of the Board, as the Executive Manager of the company.
