Qatar First Bank Holds EGM on 28 August 2019 to Approve Capital Reduction by 65% to QAR 700 Million

The Board of Directors of Qatar First Bank announced that the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting will be held on Wednesday, 28^th August 2019 at 4 pm, at QFB Lounge, Ground floor, QFB Building, Suhaim bin Hamad Street, Doha, Qatar. To discuss the agenda items that include reducing the bank's capital by 65% to QAR 700 million, instead of the current QAR 2 billion. The implementation of this decision is subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities.
