Ooredoo Announces the Transfer of Shares of Omani Qatari Telecom from one Fully Owned Subsidiary to Another Fully Owned Subsidiary of Ooredoo

Ooredoo announced that it has executed a share transfer, as part of an internal reorganization, of its 55% shareholding in Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company SAOG (Ooredoo Oman – Ticker: ORED) from its fully owned subsidiary MENA Investcom S.P.C. to its fully owned subsidiary Seyoula International Investment W.L.L, registered in Qatar. Ooredoo owns both subsidiaries.
