QFB's Extraordinary General Assembly Postponed to
16/09/2019 due to Lack of Quorum

Qatar First Bank (QFB) announced the adjournment of its
Extraordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled for August 28,
2019 due to lack of quorum (the attendance rate was 31.48%).
The meeting will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, 16 September 2019 in
the main hall, ground floor, at the bank's headquarters at
Suhaim Bin Hamad Street, Doha, Qatar. All shareholders are
invited to attend.
