QCSD to Provide the Data of Baladna Subscribers to All Brokerage Firms after the Subscription Process is Completed

Qatar Central Securities Depository (QCSD) announced that it will provide the information of subscribers in the shares of Baladna to all brokerage companies, after the subscription process and receipt of subscribers' data from the Lead Manager (Qatar National Bank) is completed.

QCSD explained that this procedure aims at facilitating the sale of these shares to subscribers and saving time and effort.

The company invited all subscribers wishing to sell their shares in Baladna to communicate directly with the brokerage companies to complete the sale procedures without the need to obtain a shareholder statement from Qatar Central Securities Depository.
