Qatar National Cement Company Board of Directors to Meet on 26 January 2020 to Discuss 2019 Financial Statements and to Hold Its Assembly General Meeting on 23 Feb 2020

Qatar National Cement Company (QNCC) announced that the Board of Directors decided to hold its first meeting for 2020 on Sunday 26 January 2020. It has also decided that the Shareholders’ Assembly General Meeting will be held on Sunday 23 February 2020 evening. The substitute date for the meeting will be on Monday 24 February 2020 evening following coordination with the Corporate Control Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
