WOQOD Launches the Expansion of Al hilal Petrol Station

As part of its strategic plan that is based on expanding its network of stations and serving all parts of the country, Qatar Fuel "WOQOD" opened the expansion of Al hilal Petrol Station on Monday 6 January 2020. This expansion brought the total number of its network to 98 fixed and mobile stations.

On this occasion, WOQOD’s Managing Director & CEO, Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi, said: “We are pleased to open the expansion of Al hilal Petrol Station to meet the needs of our valued customers in this neighborhood and in the nearby districts. Furthermore, he emphasized that the opening of this new expansion would translate WOQOD’s ambitious plans to grow its network of stations and facilitate access to them. Moreover, he stated that the expansion also aims to meet the rising demand for petroleum products in the local market, and ensure the provision of high-quality products and services to all customers throughout the country, expressing thanks and appreciation of Woqod to all the relevant entities and bodies that have contributed and contribute to the realization of its vital projects.

Following the expansion, the space of Al-Hilal Station became 28700 square meters, and now it contains 4 lines including 12 dispensers, in addition to the existing station that contains 6 dispensers on 3 lines, in order to serve the customers of Al hilal district and its neighborhoods.

Al Hilal Petrol Station offers round-the-clock services to residents, including Sidra convenience store, Manual Car Wash, Oil Change and Tire Repair, and sale of LPG cylinders “SHAFAF”, in addition to the sale of gasoline and diesel products for light vehicles.

Further, Mr. Al Muhannadi added that WOQOD is currently conducting the implementation of 14 new petrol stations, most of which will be operating in the first quarter of year 2020.
