Islamic Holding Group to Hold its AGM & EGM on 16 March 2020

 Islam Holding Group has announced that it will hold its ordinary and extra-ordinary Assembly General Meeting on Monday, 16 March 2020. The Meeting will take place at 05:00pm at Ezdan Hotel Residence West Bay, 3^rd entrance. Company’s shareholders are invited to attend the meeting accordingly.

In the event a quorum is not attained, an alternative meeting will convene on Wednesday, 18 March 2020 at 5:00pm the same place.

The Investor Relation Conference Call to discuss 4^th quarter 2019 results will take place on Sunday, 02 February 2020 at 1:00pm.
