Dlala Brokerage & Investment Holding
has announced that it will hold its shareholders’ General Assembly on
Tuesday, 07 April 2020 at 4:30 pm in Al Azizia Boutique Hotel, Aspire
Zone to discuss and ratify the below agenda. In the event a quorum is
not attained in this meeting, an alternative one will take place on
Tuesday, 14 April 2020 the same time and venue.
1.
Listening to and approving the BOD report on the company’s activities
and financial position in 2019 and future strategy.
2.
Listening to and approving the external auditors’ report on the
company’s accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
3.
Deliberating on the company’s financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2019 and approving the same.
4.
Discussing on and discharging the directors from their responsibility on
the company’s accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019.
5.
Reviewing and approving the company’s corporate governance report for
the year ended 31 December 2019.
6.
Electing external auditors to handle the company’s accounts for the
financial year 2020 and determining their charges.
7.
Electing a new Board of Directors for a new term of three years starting
2020 to 2023.
