Barwa Al Sadd Buys 25% of Millennium Plaza Hotel and Health Club at QR167.21 Million

Barwa Real Estate Co. announced that Barwa Al Sadd, its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a contract to purchase 25% stake in the Millennium Plaza Hotel and the Health Club located in Barwa Al Sadd from Katara Hospitality at a price of QR167,214,172 (one hundred and sixty-seven million two hundred and fourteen thousand one hundred and seventy two Qatari riyals).

The acquisition aims to strengthen Barwa's real estate portfolio and contribute to its sustainable growth and equity development.

It is worth mentioning that there was no conflict of interests between the parties related to this transaction.
